I love pumpkin pie, but it can be a little boring, so I snazzed up this traditional holiday pie. This crust is made from Biscoff cookie crumbs, then filled with pumpkin cheesecake, finally topped with whipped cream. It keeps all the elements of the old favorite but takes it to the next level.
Mini pies come in 24, 12 or sample of 4.

Meet our founder
Leigh Niles Reason honed her baking skills in her grandmother's Alabama kitchen, eventually working in recipe development for various websites, including Cooking.com. She launched Tiny & Gin, named after her grandmother and daughter, in the fall of 2015.
